Re: Janet Jackson breaks silence, blames doctor for MJ death Truth is that we may never know who "all" is to blame for MJ's death. However, we now know that there is sufficient evidence that the doctor (Conrad Murray) was hired to administer seriously dangerous drugs to MJ and for that lack of judgement on the doctors part he should be punished to the fullest. Whether or not MJ had a drug problem is irrelevant!

What I don't understand is how is it that the family never notice that he had a problem. I watched Michael Jackson become this famous person and yet I was able to see that he wasn't happy. I believe he live his life trying to find Happiness and died trying it's sad because I believe he had alot to give & I don't mean money.

Okay yes Michael was an addict, BUT the doctor SHOULD be held liable. He knows what the outcome would be by providing such strong HOSPITAL medications, yet alone to someone who's had history of drug abuse. BUT he was receiving $150k a MONTH! I'm sure THAT was keeping him quiet. He'd figure, heck, he's a junkie if it kills him that's what people would point his cause of death to, not me. How sad!

Each day we wake up is another chance to get it right, but when you have someone assisting you with a problem that could kill you and rob you of the chance of another day, then they are absolutely responsible. It's not all the doctor's fault, I think we all know that, but there is something to be said about a person who allows money to supercede a normal care for a another human being.
